The Pink Rabbit is the vibrant new chapter of Tho Tho Vietnamese Bar & Restaurant, an iconic dining institution established in 1989. Born from Tho Tho’s legacy of modern Asian fusion, The Pink Rabbit carries forward the same spirit of innovation, flavour, and tradition, while bringing a playful and contemporary edge to the experience.
Once Upon a Time … Set in the heart of Victoria st. known as Little Saigon. One of Australia’s number one institutions for Modern Asian Fusion, it has become a destination for events, functions, birthdays, weddings, special occasions, business meetings and family get togethers over the years.
Diners often recite stories of their first dates at Tho Tho and generations would frequent the restaurant as a tradition.
In 2016, under a new initiative, Tho Tho entered a new phase with new direction and growth. A humble restaurant on Victoria St has now enjoyed visits from international superstars such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and Hugh Jackman, local celebrities’ and sports stars are also the norm.
A second venue ‘The Pink Rabbit by ThoTho’ opened at The District in Docklands in late 2019 just before the pandemic.
